Our Team

Paul Edelman founded Edelman & Associates in 1997 after having been an organization development consultant, an operations manager, and Vice President of Staff and Organization Development for a successful venture capital-backed startup. Paul and Juli Ann Reynolds are the firm’s two Managing Directors.

Juli Ann Reynolds has over fifteen years of retained executive search experience. She has been a partner with Russell Reynolds and with Korn Ferry. Juli Ann joined Edelman & Associates after serving as CEO of the Tom Peters Company.

Emma Jeffries, an MIT graduate with a degree in Brain and Cognitive Science, is a Search Consultant and the leader of our Research Team.

Michelle Leonard is a talented Office Manager with over a decade of experience in executive search. She oversees our Administrative, IT, and Accounting functions.
