Edelman & Associates is an executive search and technical recruiting firm. Our specialty is finding technical and management talent for software, financial services, and other technology-driven companies across the country and around the world. The Managing Directors of Edelman & Associates are Paul Edelman and Juli Ann Reynolds.
Paul Edelman is a graduate of MIT (BS '78) and Harvard (PhD '83). He has substantial experience in staffing, developing, and investing in startup companies. During AT&T's divestiture, he served as an Organizational Consultant and as Operations Manager for the startup of AT&T Solutions Customer Care (American Transtech), which was later acquired by Convergys Corporation (NYSE:CVG). Paul also served as Vice President of Staff & Organization Development for MicroE Systems, a precision motion control company acquired by GSI Lumonics (NasdaqNM:GSLI). Paul is a member of the Hub Angels Investment Group and is active in a variety of groups associated with MIT.
Juli Ann Reynolds brings fifteen years' experience in executive search, managing an international consulting practice and recruiting for top-tier technology companies, having been a Partner and Managing Director with major firms Korn Ferry and Russell Reynolds. Later, as CEO of the Tom Peters Companies, Juli Ann rebuilt the firm's consulting business and grew it to twenty-nine employees serving domestic and international clients. She also led the firm's groundbreaking Women's Culture Study that provided insight into how women leaders build their cultures and retain talent.
Paul and Juli Ann actively conduct all searches for Edelman & Associates clients. They are assisted by a small staff equipped with the latest in electronic research and recruiting tools. Paul and Juli Ann draw on their extensive contact networks, entrepreneurial experience, and technical knowledge to identify top performers for a broad range of assignments.
