Edelman & Associates is an executive search and technical
recruiting firm. Our specialty is finding technical and management talent for software, financial services, and other technology-driven companies across the country and around the world.
The founder of Edelman & Associates is Paul Edelman. A graduate of
MIT (BS '78) and Harvard (PhD '83), Paul has substantial experience in
staffing, developing, and investing in startup companies. During
AT&T's divestiture, he served as an Organizational Consultant and
as Operations Manager for the startup of AT&T Solutions Customer
Care (American Transtech), which was later acquired by Convergys
Corporation (NYSE:CVG). Paul also served as Vice President of Staff
& Organization Development for MicroE Systems, a precision motion
control company acquired by GSI Lumonics (NasdaqNM:GSLI).
Paul is a member of the Hub Angels Investment Group and is active in a
variety of groups associated with MIT.
Paul actively conducts all searches for Edelman &
Associates clients. He is assisted by a small staff equipped with the
latest in electronic research and recruiting tools. Paul draws on his
extensive contact network, entrepreneurial experience, and technical
knowledge to identify top performers for a broad range of assignments.
