Emma Jeffries graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a BS in Brain & Cognitive Science and a minor in Psychology. While at MIT, Emma rowed on the lightweight women’s crew team and ran Nightline, a peer counseling and suicide hotline.
Emma’s MIT education and interest in organizational and individual psychology are an unusual mix in executive search. The combination makes her especially well-suited for searches where finding a culture fit is as important as finding a candidate with specialized technical experience.
Emma has successfully completed searches on behalf of our hedge fund and electronic trading clients. She has an extensive network among younger MIT and Ivy-League alumni and is well versed in the use of social networking tools.
